Can God Change? (Jas 1:16-18)

From the beginning, the Church has confessed God’s immutability—the fact that He cannot change. Far from rendering God a lifeless and inert stone, the doctrine of divine immutability teaches us that God is the living Rock whose will can never be thwarted and whose works will never fail to achieve their intended purpose.
