God is especially grieved when His covenant people reject His law and turn their back on His wonderful works of salvation. In tonight’s sermon, we’ll see how the Lion’s roar blasted Israel for her wanton disobedience, but we’ll also see how Jesus came to bear the shame of their rebellion and ours.
