The Voice of One Crying in the Wilderness (Luke 3:1-20)
John the Baptist appeared in the mold of Isaiah and called upon God’s people to repent of their sins and return to Him. He faithfully pointed to what God was doing in the world to deliver His people and warned people to get on the right side of history. In the same way, John warns us of the wrath to come but, more importantly, points us to the Messiah who has come to save us from the consequences of our sin and rebellion. Will you repent and be baptized?
